Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.
Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
